Our comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the tools and resources necessary for a smooth and empowering birth. Through a combination of informative lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions, you’ll learn about various birthing options, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and effective communication with your healthcare team. Our goal is to ensure that you and your partner feel prepared, confident, and supported as you welcome your little one into the world.

Classes are held in 6-week time frames with one class a week OR a weekend class for 2 days! Our next group class will be hosted on September 7, 2024. For a private class please call our office for availability.
