Free Birth Plan

Due to all products being handmade in small batches with high-grade natural products, Pink Priestess Holistic Healing will only offer a full refund on our natural handmade products if the customer:

 Is not satisfied with their purchase. The customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it in its original condition.

In the event of an allergic reaction to our natural handmade products. Customers must provide proof of the reaction and return the product within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. 

In the rare case of a product recall or safety concern regarding our natural handmade products, we will issue a full refund to affected customers. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers above all else.

Shipping 

If our natural handmade product arrives damaged or defective please email us at Datella@PinkPriestess.co We will happily assist you with processing a shipping claim. We add insurance to all orders shipped from our care. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage. 

Services & Care 

Fees are final and deposits are non-refundable. I do not offer refunds unless I fail to provide services due to my error and/or negligence.  If I am unable to attend your birth due to suspected or confirmed illness*,  injury, family emergency, or other circumstances outside of my control or foresight, postpartum support hours will be offered. Alternatively, a refund of up to 50% of your fee (not including the non-refundable deposit) can be negotiated at my discretion.

*Including but not limited to the Covid-19 Virus

As your Doula, it is my job to ensure that you are supported emotionally, physically, and informationally no matter what type of birth you are planning. Regardless of the outcome of your birth, I commit to supporting you in every way I am qualified and capable of as per our agreement. It is important to note, however, that I am NOT in control of or responsible for outcomes. Therefore, should your planned vaginal birth or vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC) result in a cesarean, there will be no refund.
